Motherly love

A mother is God'manifestation on Earth .she has to undergo a lot of physical suffering  in giving birth to her child ,she suffers for nine long months willingly and smilingly .when the child is born ,she showers all her love on it .she forgets about her own comforts and conveniences.she looks after the needs of her child in the best possible manner .she sacrifices her sleep and rest to take care of her child .in the classic Hindi movie 'Mother India',the mother's struggle to save and rear her children brings tears to my eyes .she fights against every adverse force ,human or natural .Motherly love is totally selfless and ,as enrich Fromm says ,"unconditional".it has two important aspects.first it includes the care and responsibility necessary for preservation of the child's life and it's growth . secondly it makes the child feel that it is good to be born .it instills in the child the love for life . because of these two reasons, the bond between the mother and the child is sacred. Mothers  love their children and expect nothing .

When the child grows up ,the  mother allows him or her to separate from her and lead an independent life. The child must grow and eventually become a completely separate human being. However it does not mean that the adult son or daughter should not reciprocate the mother's love for him or her . The mother's distinctive place must be recognised and respected . No son or daughter can lead a happy life if he or she is ungrateful, and fails to respond to motherly love ......
